We are available 24 hours, 7 days a week. All rides are subject to driver availability and no ride is guaranteed until a driver has accepted the request.

All ride fares are calculated based on time traveled and distance. (per minute and per mile) Due to the higher level of driver screening and First Responder status, fares may average 10-15% higher than other competitive rideshare companies. We do not exercise any surge pricing. Additional services, wait time and vehicle selection may alter fare calculation as well.

Where is the service available?

At this time, Bubbl is operating in the DFW area. All rides are subject to driver availability. Should you need a ride which extends out of this area, we suggest scheduling it in advance for help secure an available driver.

It is up to your driver’s discretion. Should you be needing to travel with your pet, this option must be selected at time of ride request for a fee.

Bubbl has historically offered Door-to-Door service as standard procedure. We will continue to do so if passenger prefers this option. Through-Door service may be offered, additional fees may apply.

We allow for 5 mins past pick up time. After that time has expired, you have the option to request additional time. It is then up to the driver if they can honor this request. Additional fees may apply.

All rides may be cancelled up to 1 hour prior to pick up. After this, cancellations charges will apply.

Are your vehicles wheelchair accessible?

Drivers operate their own personal vehicles which have been approved by the company. At this time no drivers operate a car with wheelchair access. However, most drivers can accommodate a folding wheelchair or walker. Passenger must be able to enter and exit the car on their own.

At this time, we do offer rides to/from Dallas Love Field. Additional fees will apply.

Depending on the vehicle, 3 to 6 passengers, excluding driver is typical capacity.

What kind of background checks do you do on your drivers?

What kind of background checks do you do on your drivers?

Full County and State Background to include 10 panel drug screen. All active/retired officers were fingerprinted for employment with the law enforcement agency in which they work and/or retired. Criminal History background checks have been rechecked on all of our drivers as well as a Motor Vehicle Report.

Do your officers carry a weapon?

All of our officers are either currently active peace officers or honorably retired peace officers. As such they are all licensed (retired/LTC, formerly CHL) to carry a weapon. Because all of our officers are off-duty they are not required by Bubbl to carry a weapon on them while driving. And should they opt to have a weapon, it must be concealed at all times.

It is up to your driver’s discretion. Should you be needing a child constraint, this option must be selected at time of ride request. Additional fees apply. The driver has the right to deny passenger a ride if no car seat is present and is required by law.

If we feel there is inherent risk to the passenger/passengers or the driver, a driver may refuse to provide service.

At this time, the App does not allow for a multi-stop pick up or drop off. We suggest you use the on-demand booking feature at the time of your ride to accommodate such requests.

A credit card is required to remain on file in order to request a ride. It is saved on a secured service and is encrypted, therefore cannot be viewed by anyone.

Tips are not included. You are encouraged to add a tip once a ride is completed.

Do I need a smart phone to utilize this service?

All rides must be requested via our App. App is available on both iOS and Android App Stores. You do not need a smartphone to utilize our service as long as someone with one has requested the ride on your behalf.
