After a one-time set up of basic information, simply schedule a ride by selecting riders, pick-up and drop off locations. Note: rides must be scheduled 20 minutes in advance.

Confirm

20 minutes before the trip, you will receive email/text confirmation with trip details and pick-up times. Please ensure your passenger is ready at least 5 minutes before ETA. There is a penalty fee if your bubbl driver waits longer than 10 minutes.

Pick-Up

Your police officer driver will pick up your passenger. If you would like the VIP treatment (for a fee) the driver will come to your door and offer assistance for getting into the car at origin and out upon arrival.

The Bubbl App will notify you that your passenger is in transit in a Bubbl car. Additional tracking via the Bubbl smartphone App will keep you informed when your passenger is on board.
